ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number with your estimated delivery date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on Canadian and US orders over $150. Shipping fees are non refundable.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
How does local delivery work?
Local delivery is available within 15 km.
If your address qualifies, you'll be able to select Local Delivery at checkout. If you have a preferred delivery day or any special delivery instructions, simply leave a note in the Delivery Instructions box at checkout.
After your order is placed, we'll email you to arrange a delivery time that works best for you.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Canadian customers will not be charged any additional customs or duties. For US orders, your package may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival, these charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Salt Bloom is not able to predict, control, or cover these fees.
My order says delivered but I can't find it... what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Here are a few things to try: check around your building entrance, mailroom, or with a neighbour, as packages are sometimes left in an alternate spot. If it still hasn't turned up, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number, they're best equipped to investigate and locate your package. Please note that once an order is marked as delivered, Salt Bloom is not responsible for lost or missing packages.
